As a Program Director, during the summer, he oversaw and lead the day camp activities for middle school age children. In the off-season, during the day, he balanced teaching art, training teachers how to use our classroom management / photo-sharing system, leading after-school activities for elementary students, and busing students to and from their schools. In addition to these main responsibilities, he helped develop an enhanced lead tracking worksheet to manage the process of converting leads into enrollments.
